Custom Process
2, If customer have no drawing, but the customer has some ideas about the product, such as product color, what packaging to customize, what accessories do you want for the toy set, etc. customer can tell us, we will hand it over to the purchasing department to find products and make samples.
After the sample is made, we will test and observe the sample to ensure the quality of the sample. If there is no problem, we will ship the sample to the customer for testing, so that the customer can make the next adjustment and decision.
Raw Material Test→Make and Stir the Sand→Put in the bag (Machine or Manual Bagging)→Assemble the Sand Playset→Shrink wrap (If the outer packing is a color box)→Heat seal (If the outer packing is a color box)→FQC→Pack into carton
After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products in cartons. The carton size can be customized according to the actual cargo size. If there are many cartons, we will put the cartons on pallet.
Then we will ship our goods, small quantity, usually by express transport, such as UPS, or by air. But we recommend that you buy in bulk, because sand is a heavy cargo, and the air freight is very expensive. If large quantity, usually by ship or land transport.
